February 20 was the first of a two-part series on clean energy programs, policy updates, and emerging trends impacting California Housing Authorities. More California PHAs are exploring heat pumps, solar, and building upgrades than ever before. This session highlighted available clean energy programs for multifamily affordable housing, emerging electrification trends, utility allowance considerations, and key policy developments shaping what is ahead.
Executive leaders, and property management and development staff, were strongly encouraged to attend to better understand the opportunities available to their agencies.
